K-MAC is ISO 9001, 2008 accredited to provide facility management services. This ensures that all K-MAC works are carried out to approved methods and quality systems. All our employees and contractors have a responsibility to comply with our quality system and service level agreements. This extends to identifying and implementing solutions associated with the service and quality system.
The K-MAC Quality Management System has procedures in place for:

In addition, the company operates a continuous improvement initiative whereby measurable improvements in key business processes are targeted each year. Customer satisfaction monitoring is fundamental to this initiative and periodic surveys are conducted to establish satisfaction levels.
K-MAC’s quality control system is audited by EQA annually and a full re-certification is carried out every 3 years.EQA is an independent certification body providing third party verification of Management System, Products and Services in accordance with Irish, European and International standards.
Environmental Management System (EMS)
K-MAC is accredited to the ISO 14001 Standard. ISO 14001 is the world’s most recognized framework for environmental management systems and its use is encouraged by governments and industry around the world. K-MAC being a certified member of ISO 14001 has proven its ability to manage the impact of all company activities on the environment while demonstrating sound Environmental management. The ISO 14001 system is adopted in all our offices as well as by all technicians & engineers across our existing client sites.
Health & Safety
We are very aware of the requirements for Health and Safety in Ireland and we insist that all staff and contractors under our control operate to the current standards. All our staff and contractors must possess a current Safe pass before they can carry out any works. Our Health and Safety requirements are part of our normal operation practices and procedures and as such are integrated into all our inspections, repair procedures, operation and management systems.
